Acting DG Of NOA, Mrs Ngozi Ekeobaat Flags-Off Ethics And Values School Clubs (Photos)

The Director-General of NOA, Mrs. Ngozi Ekeoba today represented the Hon. Minister of Information and Culture, Alh. Lai Mohammed at the Flagging-off of Ethics and Values School Clubs organised by the Centre for Promotionof Ethics, Values and National Integration (CENPEVNI).

The event, with the Theme: Character Counts for Character Development/Mentoring held at Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja. Ag. DG NOA gave her remarks at the occasion thanking the organisers for their interest in returning the country to the path of honour and glory through ethics and values.Mrs. Ekeoba advised students at the event to see their membership of Ethics and Values School Clubs as a privilege and opportunity to write their names in annals of Nigerian history.

Earlier, the Chairman of the occasion, Dr. Tom Adaba who also represents CENPEVNI Board of Trustees Chair urged Federal Government to re-introduce history as a compulsory subject to enable our future leaders learn virtues of our heroes to guarantee a Nigeria of our dream anchored on acceptable values.

Also, Executive Director/CEO of CENPEVNI, Mrs. Mercy Sokomba said the NGO had embarked on this mission since inception about 4 years ago to help our society produce decent future leaders.
